Authorized primary-care experience enters a proposed reusable-representation program. Three branches describe understanding longitudinal and multimodal patient state, reasoning through knowledge, uncertainty and causal or policy research, and coordinating humans, agents and robots while improving research procedures. A smaller FHIR illustration distinguishes an explicit report-to-observation link from a proposed service-to-report link. Separate model-learning and procedure-learning tracks converge only at independent assessment and separately authorized release.
